The working environment is a controversial issue. Some people think that it is beneficial for managers to consider employees’ opinion. However, others believe that managers are qualified enough to take actions independently. Now I would like to express my point of view on this issue.
To my mind, the management department should entertain the opinion of employees. Firstly, we cannot exclude the human factor. Managers, like all people, tend to be at fault. So, workers are able to point out a mistake and offer a possible solution to it. Secondly, it is a question of team-building. Administers make decisions but a collective will deal with them. Therefore, it is fair to engage staff in making decisions.
However, there is another side to this issue. Some people claim that an average worker does not have an appropriate qualification to take vital decisions. Therefore, everyone should do their jobs in order not to interfere in other spheres of a company. This opinion does not seem convincing to me. Although employees do not have demanded qualification, they can have rich working experience.
So, they are able to suggest the right solution to a problem. To sum up, I believe that managers should take suggestions of stuff into account because it helps to find all possible solutions.
