Some people believe that if a person simply eats healthy and nutritious food, they are bound to have good health. However, others assume that there it is not enough. Personally, I think that eating nutritious products is not enough to be healthy.
Firstly, people need to exercise in order to be healthy and fit. A human body needs activity and if one does not provide it, their muscles will become weak. Secondly, certain habits are also crucial for people who want to be healthy.
Aside from eating healthy meals, one needs to quit bad habits and have a stable sleep schedule. Eating healthy will not save one from a lack of sleep. However, others disagree with me and claim that if a person consumes healthy food, they are bound to be healthy. Nutrition plays a vital role in a human’s life. If one eats healthy dishes, they receive the proper amount of vitamins and do not run a risk of getting ill.
Having considered the opposite point of view, I still believe that consuming healthy food is not enough if one wants to have good health. Even though our bodies get a certain amount of essential substances from food, in most of the cases people always lack something.
So, one needs to see a doctor once a month to be healthy. In conclusion, I firmly believe that it is not enough to eat healthy food to be a healthy person. Sport and sleep also play an important role in it.
